Phantom Fears pays tribute to RUSH on Black Friday. Minnesota’s All Star Tribute to Canadian Prog Icons Rush - Phantom Fears is back at Icehouse on Friday 11/27/26. Our debut show was held here in 2025 and the band is excited to return to Icehouse. Lead by lifelong Rush fans Chris Bates on bass and Cory Healey on drums, Phantom Fears features Aby Wolf on vocals, Toivo on guitar and Cory Eischen on keyboards. Phantom Fears is continually expanding their Rush repertoire to include as many eras of the bands sound as possible, while delivering the biggest tunes from their catalog. You can expect to hear the radio staples Tom Sawyer, The Spirit of Radio, Subdivisions, Freewill and deeper cuts like Kid Gloves, Marathon and Vital Signs, with many stops along the way! Phantom Fears is about having fun and delivering the sounds of Rush to you with joy and precision - all this machinery making modern music CAN STILL be open hearted. 

Opening the night is the fantastic new Police tribute band - Synchronicities; featuring Jeremy Jessen (Rad Owl, Align) on vocals, Conrad Mach (Self-Evident) on guitar, John McEwen (Short Timer, Align) on bass and David Jarnstrom (Rad Owl, Align) on drums.
