• Bring your own lawn chairs, camping gear & gear for the river (ie. sunscreen, river shoes, snacks, waters, etc.)
• Fishing available at adjacent end of property
• NO BATHROOMS ON SITE (closest bathroom is in Glen Rose, an 11-minute drive)
• Dog friendly (dogs must be friendly towards other dogs and people)
• Kid friendly (must be accompanied by an adult)
• Kid Curfew is at 10pm (Around stage area only)
• SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
• OFF ROAD TOYS WELCOME (please drive responsibly)
• BYOB - NO GLASS BOTTLES (must be 21+ to consume alcohol)
